In recent years,many subversive changes have taken place in Journalism under the influence of many factors.Along with the transition period,the legitimacy foundation of the existence of traditional media institutions has been impacted,and the people work in media industry inevitably have a sense of confusion and powerlessness,trying to explore the "Golden Age" of media in order to find solutions to the current dilemma.As an important discourse strategy,Golden Age" has been frequently used by people work in media industry,and has become an integral part of the practice of news industry transformation or crisis discourse.In addition to people work in media industry,scholars domestic and abroad,such as Ze Lize,Li Hongtao,Bai Hongyi,have also begun to study the "Golden Age" of media as an important research object.It is worth noting that there are many problems in the use and dissemination of "Golden Age" texts,such as multiple references and meaning generalization.This paper analyzes the content and discourse of the collected "Golden Age" texts,and finds that "Golden Age" is not only a conventional rhetorical existence in discourse,but also a discourse practice in which the people work in media industry are facing a specific historical node linking the past,the future and the present.On the whole,there are individual differences and cognitive differences between logic and standards in the "Golden Age" texts,especially in terms of text meaning and expression scenarios.In terms of text meaning,although "Golden Age" is all around the almost unrestricted media environment,expressing the unremitting pursuit of freedom and equality or professional to top-level career ideal,in fact,the texts of different periods have their focus;in terms of expression scene,"Golden Age" has experienced from the glorious period of recalling record benchmark media to the prosperity of myth expression traditional media Period,then to summarize the transformation of media environment dominant stage.These changes are mainly subject to the expression mode of personal sensibility,multiple evaluation standards of dimensions and emotional guidance of adoration.Although the text of "Golden Age" condenses the highly recognized professional concept and media picture of the people work in media industry,it has brought negative impact on the legitimacy of thecurrent media organizations and professional people work in media industry in terms of social expectation,prospect judgment and professional concept.At the same time,it can be seen from the analysis that the main factors that lead to the emergence and popularity of "Golden Age" discourse are the great change of the industry as a whole,the major adjustment of the organizational structure and the imbalance of the group mentality of the people work in media industry.Focusing on the "Golden Age" texts enriches the research on the interpretative texts of the people work in media industry to a certain extent,and helps us to understand the cognition and judgment of the media people on the professional ups and downs and the news industry.From the perspective of reflection,clarifying the text of "Golden Age" will help us to correctly look at the changes in the industry ecology and the professional mentality of the people work in media industry,and then help the sound development of the media industry.At the same time,the "Golden Age" text,as a miniature of private expression in the era of self-Media,has moved to the public domain,which is also valuable to understand the current phenomenon of private text popularization.
