A Study On The Changes And Tendency Of The Medical Disputes Report Discourses

Medical disputes are concentrated expression of various contradictions in the medical work. To show the medical disputes to the media and to convey the development process, the solving methods, and the results of medical disputes to the audience forms the medical disputes report.For a mass media who strives to reflect the social reality, which logic will be followed in the organization of matters? What tendency will be shown in the reproduction of medical disputes? What kind of impact will it have to the public awareness? What was changed after some years? And what are the reasons to the tendency and change?Based on the relative report on the "People's Daily", "South Weekend", and "Yangtze Evening News", this article attempts to explore the above mentioned issues with the main methods of content analysis and discourse analysis. It also put forward several reasonable suggestions on how to improve medical disputes report.
