With the continuous improvement of Internet penetration rate and the rapid development of mobile terminals,people's access to knowledge is gradually transferred from the original traditional media and PC terminals to the mobile terminals,and mobile media starts to occupy an increasingly important position in the field of people's information acquisition.The fast-paced life of modern people makes the "fragmented" mode of information acquisition as the main mode of knowledge dissemination,and the disordered and excessive information explosion makes it more difficult for the public to obtain effective and useful information.Then in the background of cognitive surplus and consumption upgrading,"knowledge payment",a new Internet business model,was born.The emergence of knowledge payment indicates the improvement of people's demand for knowledge,and also completes the process of transforming knowledge into commodities,effectively reduce the difficulty of people acquiring knowledge through the Internet.The new consumer demand of "knowledge payment" has also directly promoted the emergence of a series of mobile audio apps,and the major audio platforms have explored different ways of commercialization.Himalayan FM is a leader in the market competition of mobile audio APP,with a large audience and diversified paid audio content.To study Himalayan FM is of great significance for further understanding the development status and future of the field of knowledge payment.In this paper,content analysis and case analysis are used to study the paid a udio content of Himalayan FM,analyze the change of Himalayan FM from si mple "traffic" accumulation to "value" of content,and study the paid audio co ntent of Himalayan platform.Firstly,the background and significance of this s tudy,the research status at home and abroad and the research content is summarized,and then the content types,production modes and listening trend s of Himalayan FM paid audio are introduced.Secondly,the author analyzesthe implementation strategy of Himalayan FM paid audio content from f our aspects: the creation of Himalayan FM paid audio content,the way of promoting audio content,the cultivation of user's stickness,and the man agement of online and offline operations.Then based on the analysis of th e current situation,this paper discusses the existing problems of insufficie nt vertical differential distribution of paid content of Himalayan FM,unre solved copyright problems,low conversion rate of free users,imperfect p ayment system for knowledge,high price of paid content,and challenges of WeChat applet.Finally,in view of the current problems,it proposes to improve the paid production chain,increase the intensity of copyright acq uisition,advocate the concept of knowledge payment,focus on creating h ead audio,dig into the social functions of the platform,and focus on the d evelopment of the brand development of Himalayan FM paid audio conte nt.This paper discusses the development and future of paid audio,and pr ovides a positive reference for the production and dissemination of paid c ontent in network audio.
