Since the end of the 20 th century,information has become a global commodity and production factor,and the commercialization of information/knowledge has begun.The reconstituted society regards information productivity and its corresponding production relations as the core dynamic mechanism of contemporary economy.Today,when capital constantly strengthens its ideological power in its communication structure and constantly uses its monopolistic resources to gain hegemony in the political system,this paper probes into the field of paid content in digital publishing industry,which exists as a minimal incision in the era of information capitalism.It is precisely because as the intersection of Internet economy and content industry and platform economy,it has the value of observation and discussion as a focus of information capitalism.In the process of rapid development of content industry,the global application of communication technology and the global expansion of intellectual property rights have become an important driving force for the development of the industry,and the global information order which is now difficult to reverse has also been established.In this paper,we try to analyze the important nodes and factors in the production process of the audio industry,which is a popular branch field in the field of paid content.The first chapter mainly introduces the logical starting point and question consciousness of this paper,and introduces the perspective of communication political economy and cultural research theory that this paper mainly uses.In the second chapter,this paper combs the development process and characteristics of content payment in China by starting with the audio industry's "paid knowledge" product in recent years.In the third chapter,starting from the content produced by the content industry,this paper analyses the connotation and changes of the concept of "paid content".Chapter four,from the perspective of the audience,analyses and discusses the identity change and reasons of the audience in the current content payment model.In the fifth chapter,this paper introduces the perspective of labor,analyses and discusses the producers in the content-based payment model,and summarizes the alienation of labor in the production mechanism of content industry.In Chapter six,this paper analyses the platform economy from a macro perspective,focusing on characteristics and copyright logic of platform enterprises.Through the observation from theory to practice and from part to macro,this paper attempts to establish a critical perspective different from the mainstream narrative,which will bring about alternative thinking for the development of content industry and its production mechanism.
