Research On The Dynamic Communication Of Public Emotion Under The Theory Of Interactive Ceremony

With the diversification of social media ecology in China,appeal to emotion in public opinion field can affect public opinion more than statement of objective facts.In view of the fact that information has given way to public emotion after countless interpretations,the transmission,interaction and resonance of public emotion can be seen everywhere in the process of public opinion event generation and evolution.As the overall mapping of social emotional atmosphere,emotional communication infiltrates into the daily life of the public in the way of "alternative morality",which becomes a normal "context".Sociologist Randall Collins put forward the theory of interaction ceremony in 2003.He pointed out that interaction ceremony is a daily behavior of emotional exchange between the two sides,and it is a circular process of causality and systematic annexation.Many scholars pay attention to the interaction ceremony which can generate strong emotional energy and cause public emotional resonance when they discuss the mass emotional communication,but they do not combine the interaction ceremony theory to summarize the environment,content,mechanism,effect and other aspects of emotional communication in an all-round way.Under the guidance of the interactive ritual theory,this paper reexamines the mass emotional communication from a dynamic perspective,and comprehensively studies the subversive challenges faced by the mass emotional communication in the new normal context by combining the literature research method and content analysis method.The mass emotional communication is a dynamic process,which is affected by the technical environment and interactive environment.The essence of emotional catharsis and group belonging is hidden behind the representation of low trust,weak sense,empathy and sense of justice.It is not allowed to use a single static perspective to analyze the communication mechanism,but should grasp the process of emotional generation,evolution and communication in the dynamic balance.In view of this,this paper divides the initial stage,climax stage and feedback stage of the dynamic communication of public emotion based on the full consideration of emotion,so as to run through the whole process of informationtransmission through interaction.In the process of interaction,public thoughts,feelings and behaviors change with the change of "situation".In the interaction,group members realize identity recognition,condense "emotional energy",and repeat the interaction ceremony.Finally,this paper takes the dynamic communication of public emotion as the starting point,dialectically treats the "hidden" energy of emotion,points out the negative function of the induction and catalysis of the dynamic communication of public emotion and the positive function of solidarity and mobilization,and realizes the return of the emotional civilization of the era of social media with a more comprehensive cognition of the public emotion.There is no doubt that it is a key link to build a new era of emotional civilization to grasp the law of the dynamic spread of public emotions.In the face of the public opinion events with the rapid increase of information,the public need to rationally screen information and calmly examine the precious quality of the world.As the watchman of the society,the media should change the elitism attitude of "admonish",actively listen to the public opinion at the bottom,realize effective communication and reporting,and relieve the public emotional confusion,gradually make rational public discussion become an effective means of emotional self purification,guide with attitude,temperature and rational wisdom,and promote the return of emotional civilization in the era of social media.
