Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of County-level Media Center In Baotou

The development of modern information technology has subtly changed the way of life of human beings.New information technology has penetrated into politics,economy,media and other fields,changing the upper system and serving the public at the same time.The integration of new information technology and media communication has given rise to a new term--"Media Integration".The emergence of integrated media not only updates the development mode of traditional media in China,but also opens a new chapter for the integrated development of media and political governance.In the information age,citizens participate in politics and exercise the right to be the master of the country in a more diversified way.The Internet has become the gathering place and source of democratic consciousness,so it has become an indispensable part of the current social governance system in China.At the national conference on ideological work in 2018,General Secretary Xi stressed the importance of building a county-level Media Integration center to serve the people,pushing the construction of a county-level Media Integration center to a climax.From the perspective of communication,the construction of county-level Media Integration center is a necessary means to do a good job in grassroots public opinion propaganda,and from the perspective of social governance,the construction of Media Integration center is an important measure for the party to adhere to the mass line.In this context,all parts of the country responded positively,the construction of Media Integration center was accelerated,and local characteristics of Media Integration center platform were actively created.Although some successful typical cases emerged,on the whole,there are still many problems to be solved in the construction of county-level Media Integration center in China.Baotou city as a starting point,this paper will melt at the county level of the construction of the media center case as the research object,from the perspective of social governance,the analysis and study of Baotou city at the county level financial status quo of the construction of the media center,found that the current Baotou city at the county level financial media center exist in the construction of related media institutions fiercely independent,high quality content scarce,problems such as unreasonable personnel structure,through analyzing these problems,induces the media center positioning narrow,talent introduction mechanism is not perfect,financing source such as a single reason,and puts forward the accurate positioning,change ideas,optimizing the service function of the corresponding strategy,It aims at promoting greater achievements in the construction of county-level Media integration center in Baotou city.Meanwhile,it also hopes to provide some valuable references for the construction and development of county-level Media integration center in other regions.
