Research On The Countermeasures Of Organizational Integration In The Deep Integration Of Municipal Media ——Take Yangquan Municipal Media As An Example

In September 2020,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council jointly issued the opinions on accelerating the development of deep media integration.This is an important guiding opinion for China's media integration work from simple "addition" to deep "integration".After 7 years of media integration,China has made great strides towards the era of comprehensive integration.However,among the successful cases of multimedia integration,the progress of most Prefecture and municipal media integration in China is relatively slow.What are the obstacles to the integration of municipal media? What are the lessons of success and failure? How to accelerate the integration of municipal media?Taking media convergence as the background,the author combs the origin and development of media convergence,and summarizes the process of media convergence in China and the current situation of municipal media convergence.Moreover,taking the integration and development process of municipal media in Yangquan City,Shanxi Province as an anatomical case,this paper explores the current internal organizational structure and production content of the city's media.After in-depth analysis of the success or failure factors and dynamic resistance in the process of municipal media integration,from the perspective of contingency theory and organizational structure research,taking the assumption of organizational structure integration as the starting point,contingency design is carried out in the aspects of media product matrix,production process,key departments and human resources,so as to improve management efficiency,strengthen departmental linkage,reform employment mechanism,refine assessment system,digest redundant personnel They put forward constructive suggestions on the full introduction of talents.In addition,based on the improvement of the existing integration work,the author puts forward the ideal state of media integration,that is,breaking the horizontal and vertical boundaries,internal and external boundaries of the company in the organizational structure,realizing the creative sharing and free flow of personnel in each production chain according to the market demand,so as to achieve a borderless organizational form.The integration of municipal media in Yangquan City,Shanxi Province is of strong representative significance in Shanxi Province.It is understood that the situation in other cities in the country is also similar.The author hopes that through this research on the Countermeasures of organizational remodeling,it can play a role in promoting the integration of municipal media in China.
