With the background of “Internet +” age,Crossover has become the trend and is also the important requirement and feature for the development of modern service industry. To achieve Crossover services,“Internet +” is a necessary basic condition. It combines the Internet with traditional industries, optimizes the production factors of enterprises, updates the business system, and reconstructs business models,so as to achieve the economic transformation and upgrading of enterprises. On the basis of cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning and other emerging technologies,Crossover service appears as a new service mode to meet the needs of future socialization, intelligence and personalization. The essence of Crossover service lies in the use of the Internet, which integrates the inefficient factors into traditional enterprises, such as unability of users' needs, high transaction cost and low efficiency, into an efficient mode, and then improves the productivity of enterprises. Therefore,it is of great significance to research on the Crossover service. However, the implementation of Crossover service is complex, which is determined by the combination of many factors, such as customer preferences, regional development, operating cost and so on.At present, the research on Crossover service operation mode is at the primary stage, and it is lack of suitable analytic methods in this field. This paper summarizes the research on Crossover services in academic community. It mainly studies the definition of Crossover services, the analytic methods of Crossover services and the application of Crossover services. It is found that the research on Crossover services in academic community is still in its infancy, there is no clear definition of Crossover services, and there is no suitable analytic method for the research in this field.Law,but the academic community has reached a consensus on the connotation of Crossover services, that is,enterprises break through the original industry rules and enter another field in various ways.Given basis, this paper introduces computational experimental method and proposes a Crossover service analytic model based on computational experiments. The research method mainly includes two parts:Designing Crossover service analytic model.Firstly, through the analysis of enterprise's Crossover service operation mode, from the perspective of value creation and realization, the analytic model of Crossover service is proposed, which includes four parts: demand identification, data fusion, capability integration and implementation strategy. Then, taking China's new retail as a case study, this paper describes the implementation process of Crossover services, and makes quantitative calculation of the retail industry from the macroscopic point of view.Constructing an experimental system to analyze the experimental results.Firstly, abstracting the key subjects in Crossover service operation mode by means of multi-agent modeling technology, and then constructing a computing experimental system corresponding to the real world. Finally, implementing the dynamic evolution of the system on the Repast Simphony simulation platform, and the experimental data is processed to analyze the different strategies of Crossover services under different operation modes(platform mode and direct operation mode),in order to select the most suitable strategy for enterprise development. The experimental results show that the Crossover service analytic model based on computational experiments can effectively analyze the different effects of different strategies implemented by enterprises to achieve different Crossover services, which provides a feasible research idea and method for further study of Crossover service operation mode, and some decision support for the implementation of Crossover service in some traditional industries.
