With the transformation and upgrading of my country's economy,the proportion of retail logistics service industry in the market economy has been increasing year by year.As consumers' individualized needs for services continue to increase,the factors involved in service quality have also doubled.Problems such as low delivery timeliness,insufficient personalization,and information leakage have occurred from time to time,taking into account the individual needs and requirements of consumers.Exporting standardized services has always been a major problem hindering the development of enterprises.In the fierce market competition,the improvement of service quality is an effective guarantee for the sustainable development of the retail logistics industry.At present,research on retail service quality is focused on improving overall service quality,ignoring the analysis and improvement of local service quality.In view of this,this article puts forward a decision-making method for retail logistics demand forecast and service quality improvement under modularization.Taking the improvement of service quality as the starting point,by constructing a combined demand forecasting model,discussing service quality improvement strategies under service modularization,and using a combination of theoretical models and empirical analysis to provide effective guidance and suggestions for the improvement of service quality in the retail logistics industry.The main work is as follows:(1)Describe the formation of service quality,and analyze the improvement of service quality and the forecasting process under demand forecasting.Construct the traditional demand forecasting method model,analyze the shortcomings of the decision tree algorithm in forecasting,propose a combined demand forecasting method model based on LightGB-Prophet,and select the appropriate forecast accuracy as the evaluation function.(2)The service process elements are identified through the service blueprint method,and the connections between activities and between activities and service elements are established,and the correlation matrix and the correlation matrix of the process activities are obtained respectively.The K-Means clustering algorithm is used to modularize the service process.The four-part graph of decision-making for service quality improvement effectively improves service quality.(3)Empirical analysis of W company,analysis of the current situation of retail logistics service quality,verification of the effectiveness of the combined demand forecast model based on the company's sales data;analysis of the feasibility of retail logistics service modularization,based on the modular design method of the service process,for retail logistics The company provided suggestions for improving service quality,which verified the practicability and feasibility of the results.In the research method,this paper builds a combined demand forecasting model based on LightGB-Prophet,and introduces the idea of model fusion;in the research content,it enriches the theoretical research of service modularity and service quality improvement strategies,and provides for the improvement of retail logistics service quality.Reference for reference.
