The Design And Implementation Of Retail Licence System For Chaoyang District Oil Products

With the continuous development of informatization, the information management has become the extremely important component in the management of governmental agencies. Besides, the keyboarders are to register the enterprises in the region; and type in the information including enterprise application, first review, last review, release of business license, enterprise construction, handling of formalities, and completion registration information.In the thesis, firstly, the analysis is made towards the background, significance and current situations at home and abroad of the refined oil retail business license management system in Chaoyang District, and the main contents in the thesis are put forward; secondly, the main technologies used in system development is introduced; thirdly, the system requirement analysis is put forward and the system cases are designed in Chapter Three; fourthly, the detailed design of the system is made, the functional modules are detailed, the sequence chart and activity diagram are applied to explain the functional procedures; besides, according to the requirement analysis, the database structure is designed in Chapter Four; fifthly, the concrete realization of system is introduced, including system interface and key function code.The SQL Server 2012 Database and Visual Studio 2012 Platform can be adopted in the Refined Oil Retail Business License System in Chaoyang District for development. Besides, the SOA architectural building system is applied, thus realizing the relatively complete software system.
