Social public welfare is an effective measure of the state and social cultural degree.It is an important means to build a socialist spiritual and cultural system with Chinese characteristics under the background of the new period.It is an inevitable requirement to promote the moral value of the citizens of the whole society.In recent years,the word "public welfare" has been increasing in the society.As a major means and way of the mass media,the television media plays an active role in the transmission of public welfare information,the promotion of public spirit,the promotion and inheritance of excellent culture,the cultivation of public welfare values and the coordination of social customs.As an important component and concrete form of television media,TV public welfare program is not only an effective means to promote the construction of social public welfare civilization,but also bears more responsibility for spreading the positive energy of the society and promoting the value of the public welfare.Despite the increasing number of TV public programs in China in recent years,with the rapid development of a new generation of information technology such as mobile Internet and social media,the development of the ecological environment of the mass media has changed greatly.Many television public programs have appeared to be entertaining,excessive commercialization and serious homogeneity,which make the program content.Lack of originality,authenticity and intension."Waiting for me" is the only large public welfare program that uses national strength to realize "dream of reunion" for the general public at present.The purpose is to provide an effective channel for people who need to seek relatives through the program platform.The birth of " Waiting for me" has a profound social and strong reality.The program has been broadcast for four years and has won the double effect of the audience ratings and social praise.It has been described as a "phenomenal" product in the public TV programs of our country in recent years.This paper takes "Waiting for me" as the focus of the research,and analyzes the characteristics of the program and the success of the program around the program's narrative features,space design and interactive ways.At the same time,it also makes an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the development ofthe program.In order to provide reference value for the development of TV public welfare programs in China,the relevant enlightenment can be obtained in enriching the theoretical research system of public welfare programs in China and making up for the vacancy in the academic field.This article includes six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction.The background,significance,research methods and contents of the article are briefly described.The second chapter is the TV public welfare program and the outline of waiting for me.The connotation of TV public welfare program and the current situation of TV public program in China are analyzed and expounded.At the same time,the basic exposition of "Waiting for me" is made from the background of the program,the status and influence of the program.The third chapter is the narrative analysis of "waiting for me".From two aspects of narrative subject and narrative technique,the narrative features of "Waiting for me" are described in detail.The fourth chapter is the space design of "Waiting for me".First,it analyzes the spatial design characteristics of "Waiting for me" from three aspects of stage layout,lighting effect design and music effect design.Secondly,it analyzes the change of the interactive mode from the interaction of the narrative subject and the online channel interaction,and the fifth chapter is the communication innovation of the program waiting for me.This chapter focuses on the construction of multi-party linkage seeking system and the building of the media integration to find two aspects to make a comprehensive analysis of the innovation and change of the transmission mode of "Waiting for me",and the sixth thinking and inspiration for "Waiting for me".Based on the analysis of the problems and shortcomings in the development of "Waiting for me",the paper summarizes the implications of the program on the overall development of the current television public programs in China.
