Internet Finance Based On User Behavior Analysis Research On Knowledge Service

With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology,people have gradually become accustomed to using the network to acquire the knowledge they need,and knowledge service enterprises are born.As a new type of knowledge-based service enterprise developed in the context of the Internet,the Internet financial knowledge service provided by Internet financial companies is still in the stage of development.The ultimate goal of Internet financial knowledge service is to meet the needs of Internet financial users.However,the current Internet financial knowledge service industry lacks the analysis of users' information behavior,and can not meet the diversified knowledge needs of users,and can not provide personalized Internet financial knowledge services for users.Internet financial knowledge service based on users' information behavior brings opportunities for this.Through the analysis of users' information behavior,users' financial needs can be clearly obtained,and corresponding Internet financial knowledge service can be provided accordingly.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,bibliometrics,network research,case analysis and so on.On the basis of the current research situation at home and abroad,the network investigates the current service status of the Internet financial knowledge service platform,puts forward the Internet financial knowledge service based on the user's information behavior,and then carries out the information behavior of Internet users and the Internet financial knowledge service.The characteristics and influencing factors are discussed,and the value of user information behavior analysis to Internet financial knowledge service is discussed.Then,the overall framework of Internet knowledge service model based on user information behavior is constructed,and different internet financial knowledge service models based on different information behavior of users are proposed.Finally,starting from actual cases,in order to solve the problem,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to provide different internet financial knowledge service models based on user information behavior.Taking Zhongjin Online Company as an example,this paper makes statistics on users' purchasing information behavior and browsing information behavior,verifies the scientificity of the Internet financial knowledge service model based on users' information behavior,and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the financial knowledge service based on users' information behavior.
