Knowledge Grid integrates the high-performance scientific computing ability of grid andthe function of Semantic Web for solving the semanteme of resources, which not only providesthe ability to share resources in heterogeneous semantic, but also provides knowledge servicebased on semantic resources. Recently, people gradually being submerged in the sea ofknowledge because of the rapid development of network technology. A variety of personalizedinformation services has been increasingly proposed to meet different demands of users forgetting and using information. This thesis studied key technologies and models of personalizedinformation services in the knowledge grid environment, in order to induce the service idea intoa "people-oriented" services and make the technology more "intelligent". We also want toestablish the "user-centric" service mode, which focus on the individual needs and developmentof use and provides more comprehensive, professional and personalized information service. This thesis mainly based on theoretical research, supplemented by the necessary empiricalresearch. Based on the current domestic and oversea studies, the network applicationenvironment and user needs reality, we analyzed the key technologies and model construction ofpersonalized information services in Knowledge Grid environment using six chapters. Chapterone describes the research background and significance of the study, reviews the research statusat home and abroad. Chapter two describes the relevant theories of the Knowledge Grid and thepersonalized information services. In chapter three, firstly, we build a text classification model inknowledge grid environment, which combining the advantage of knowledge grid. Then, bylearning the key technologies and methods of the existing text classification, we propose ametasample based sparse representation classification algorithm to improve the accuracy andefficiency of classification. Chapter four analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of theexisting user model, and then, aimed at the lack of user model and combined with the knowledgegrid environment, we design and implement a new approach to building user model.Experiments show the effectiveness and feasibility of the new methods. Chapter five builds aneffective model of personalized information service on the basis of text resources and usermodeling theories and key technologies. We also analyze the more successful case of thepersonalized information services-CNKI digital library, to explain the necessity ofpersonalized information service in this chapter. The last chapter summarizes this thesis andpoints out the further research. In summary, this thesis researches personalized information service in the knowledge gridenvironment, introduces the new ideas, new technology of knowledge grid to personalized information service, and learns techniques and methods of artificial intelligence and user modelto improve the key technical, at last, experiments show the effectiveness and feasibility ofmethods. Moreover we explore how to build a reasonable and effective personalized informationservice model in knowledge grid environment, which fully meets the individual needs andenhances the quality and efficiency of personalized information services both in macro andmicro aspects. This thesis can be used as references for subsequent research.
