Research On Quality Management Based On Video Production Platform Of A Company

After years of competition in the Internet video industry,all companies provide users with high-quality audio-video services.Improving streaming quality and stability has become the key point to attract users.As a participant in the Internet video industry,A company is committed to providing users with high-quality audio and video experience.The delivery quality of projects is related to user stickiness and loyalty.It is also particularly important for A company as membership fee is its main income.This paper starts with the quality problems exposed by the video production platform project,combined with the CMMI theory and its practice guide.Firstly,find out the existing quality management process of the video production platform project,analyze the quality statistics,classify the problems,and use Pareto Diagram to locate the key problems.Then confirm the main cause of the problem and modify the CMMI-DEV view according to the CMMI model and the status of the project.It basically uses the four practice areas include requirements development management,peer review,verification and validation and product integration,and makes relevant improvements on the process,responsibilities and definitions of project requirement,R&D,test,and integration management.Finally,through the monitoring of the improved quality statistics,it is established that the continuous improvement based on CMMI shows a positive role in improving the quality management level of the project.The problems exist in four important parts,demand,development,testing,and integration in the software project management process analyzed in this paper have been improved in the project quality management based on CMMI model.The improved management process is more standardized and more operable.It also has great reference for other projects in the enterprise and organizations with similar business capabilities and structures in other enterprises in the industry.
