Production planning management is an important part of modern production management theory,and also an important reference for enterprise operation management.For manufacturing enterprises,production planning runs through the whole enterprise operation process.It is the standard to ensure the stability of product delivery time,product delivery quality,inventory control and supplier supply activities.It is also the link to achieve collaborative management among various departments of enterprises.In this paper,the new product line of DL Semiconductor Company is taken as the research object.On the basis of comprehensively explaining the research status of scholars at home and abroad,the research angle of scholars at home and abroad is clarified,and viewpoint of this paper is put forward.Firstly,on the basis of a comprehensive overview of production line,production planning theory and planning constraint theory,this paper provides the corresponding theoretical basis and theoretical support for the research.On this basis,the current situation of production planning management of DL Semiconductor Company's new product line is analyzed,including the organizational structure of production planning,the composition of production planning management system and the implementation of production planning.Secondly,the problems of production planning management of DL Semiconductor Company's new product line are analyzed,including the inadequate overall control of the plan,large budget deviation of material demand planning,low continuity of production and obvious delay of product delivery.The causes of the problems were pointed out,including insufficient understanding of the overall plan by grassroots managers,more factors affecting the plan formulation,lack of dynamic adjustment links between processes and long production cycle of products.At the same time,according to the analysis of the problems and reasons,the production plan improvement plan of DL Semiconductor Company's new product line is formulated,including demand plan analysis,process activity division and key process design,and the improvement countermeasures of the production plan of the new product line are put forward.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of DL Semiconductor's new product line production plan,including strengthening the training of workshop lean management,strengthening the construction of production site standardization system,improving the construction of enterprise culture and strengthening the training of field managers.
