With the continuous development of technology,wireless communication technology has also been improved greatly.From the initial 1G to 5G,wireless communication has not only greatly improved the quality of our life,but also played a great role in the field of control,aerospace and so on.The wireless communication technology overcomes some problems of traditional wired communication,such as short transmission distance,low transmission rate,and complicated transmission equipment.Based on the above advantages of wireless communication,it has become an important research direction to apply it to the data transmission in the field of measurement,which can overcome the disadvantages of traditional measurement equipment such as slow data transmission rate and easily affected by the environmental conditions of the monitored area.At present,STM32 series microcontrollers are widely used in the area of measurement due to their unique superiority.On account of its powerful database and hardware resources,LabVIEW has also become an important virtual instrument in the field of measurement and testing.Combining with 4G wireless communication technology,STM32 series microcontroller and host computer LabVIEW,this article mainly researches on completing the design of multi-parameter wireless measurement system.The system can not only realize the efficient and stable transmission of monitoring data by using the4 G network,but also realize the simultaneous measurement of multiple parameter points.It overcomes the shortcomings of low transmission rate and poor data representation of traditional measurement systems,and can be applied to various measurement fields.The design of the multi-parameter wireless measurement system is composed of the software and hardware design of the slave computer and the host computer.The slave computer includes a data acquisition and transmission module;the host computer includes a data reception module.The hardware circuit of the lower computer is composed of the STM32F103 microcontroller and the SIM7600 CE wireless communication module.The Keil software is used for the code design of the slave computer.At the same time,the LabVIEW software is used as the receiving system of the host computer.The above three parts together realize a multi-parameter wireless measurement system.Among them,the data collection module with STM32F103 microcontroller as the core realizes data collection;The data transmission module with SIM7600 CE as the core realizes remote transmission of monitoring data through the TCP communication protocol of the 4G network;The graphical G language LabVIEW software as the host computer to achieve data reception and processing and display the measurement results on its front panel.The system can realize the data monitoring of long-distance,multi-parameter points and transmit monitoring data quickly and reliably,and can view the monitoring data in real time on the host computer.It can be widely used to collecting information in various industrial fields,and plays an important role in promoting the improvement of wireless measurement systems.According to the test results of the system,it can be concluded that the multi-parameter wireless measurement system can meet the design requirements.The monitoring data of multiple collection points can be achieved through the main control module of STM32F103.Meanwhile,the reliable transmission of the monitoring information can be realized by the 4G network and the measurement results can be displayed on the front panel of the host computer..In general,the whole system is stable and can meet the design requirements.
