The technology of CNC is an important indicator of the level of measuring a country’s industrialization. Whether the technology of CNC is advanced or not, it depends that the NC system is good or bad. For a set of NC system, the communication system and processing accuracy are the main indicators, therefore, the improvement of communication system and the motion control precision have a great of significance to enhance the performance of CNC.In this paper, through the use of PC, wireless communication, PLC and machine body, I designed the connect of circuit and built the motion platform of CNC.Using the serial port, VISA and wireless communication, I developed the mode of wired and wireless communication, realized the information transmission between the upper and lower computer in two ways, and the wireless communication solved the defects of complex and confusing processing site.In order to further improve the motion control accuracy of CNC system, according to the characteristics of the present interpolation algorithm, the topic proposed the linear and arc algorithm of multi-axis joint control, developed the new algorithm program to improve the accuracy of motion control. Using encoder feedback with PID control on the basis of multi-axis joint control, the whole motion control precision of CNC system had been further improved.In this paper, the control system of the host computer was developed by LabVIEW and Visual C++, it realized the processing of line and arc based on multi-axis joint control and feedback compensation, simulation, control mode, the information display as well as a number of auxiliary functions. I used the WPLSoft2.11software to design the the control program of lower machine.Finally, the accuracy analysis and processing test of NC system were done. The analysis show that the accuracy of multi-axis joint control is higher than the point-by-point comparison and DDA. Test results prove that CNC system of wireless communications based on the multi-axial joint control and feedback compensation meet the requirements, convenient and friendly human machine interface, easy to expand.
