Research On The Optimization Of Post And Delivery Business Process Of Sichuan Postal Service Based On Petri Net

In recent years,the development of post and delivery business is slow,enterprises can not effectively guarantee the quality of its delivery service,which to a large extent affects the customer satisfaction of enterprises.At the same time,based on the sound development trend of the express industry,private express companies have followed the market development trend,aimed at opportunities,grasped the basic business,enriched valueadded services,further optimized the service experience of users,so as to enhance their core market competitiveness.As a result,the market share of postal enterprises continues to decline.Based on the above background,this paper studies from all aspects.First,investigate the relevant business departments of Sichuan Branch of post to understand and master the post and delivery business and process of Sichuan branch;secondly,build the Petri net model of post and delivery business process,combine the correlation matrix analysis method and stochastic Petri net-Markov chain method to clarify the relationship between internal activities,analyze the performance of each node and find out the links to be optimized;finally,put forward the corresponding optimization for the links to be optimized suggestions and guarantee measures,and then through comparative analysis of the delivery business process before optimization to verify the optimization effect,thus forming a more refined,simplified and reasonable business process.This paper compares the average delay time of business process before and after optimization to verify the correctness of the conclusions.The comparative analysis results show that the average delay time of the optimized business process is about 22% lower than before,so the improved process is more refined,simplified and rationalized.
