In recent years,domestic logistics has developed very rapidly.As a carrier logistics park for the development of logistics,it has made great contributions to the progress of social circulation economy.Due to the short development time of domestic logistics parks,lack of experience and management concepts,there are still many unreasonable and irregular problems in the operation and management of logistics parks,which is not conducive to the reduction of logistics and transportation costs and the improvement of service efficiency.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the core business warehousing integration in the logistics park,and provides,corresponding suggestions for the business process optimization management of warehouse integration in the logistics park through the application of business process optimization theory and method.At present,there are various types of logistics parks,including third-party logistics parks,self-built logistics parks,and social public logistics parks.Considering the progress of the current warehouse integration business,the close cooperation between upstream and downstream logistics enterprises and the internal information flow of enterprises is required.The sharing,etc.,therefore selects the most suitable research object-the enterprise self-built logistics park.The warehouse-integrated business process of the self-built logistics park mainly involves warehousing management,joint distribution,and warehouse information platform management.Through intelligent and informational means,from the order to the warehouse,cargo management,order integration,and goods outbound.Unified management of a series of processes such as vehicle selection,route design,and transportation and distribution.The article analyzes two core lines of warehouse management and dual distribution in the integrated business process of logistics parks.Based on the research of modern service industry theory,BPO connotation and process modeling method,in-depth analysis of event process chain,data flow chart,IDEF modeling and other methods,and finally introduce the introduction of time-parameter stochastic Petri net method to integrate warehouses in logistics parks.The business process is modeled and analyzed,and process optimization is based on this.The article mainly combs the common links of the integrated business process in the self-built logistics park and provides the basis for the optimization of the business process based on the four characteristics of “people-oriented,market-oriented,Internet information and value-added services” in the development of modern service industry.At the same time,find and solve the synchronization and conflicts in the random Petri nets.Finally,built on the performance analysis of two stochastic Petri nets of the Markov chain and workflow,the model of warehouse-integrated business process optimization is validated.The result shows that the efficiency of the optimized business process system is higher than that before optimization.
