With the development of smart grids,the smart meter reading method by using the Internet of Things technology is gradually replacing the traditional manual meter reading.The broadband micro-power wireless communication technology,as a new meter reading method,will meet the expanding business requirements of the smart grid.It is necessary to design RF conformance test system in the stage of R&D and production,to test RF conformance test of the broadband micro-power wireless communication module,and ensure the module performance,communication quality,and module interchangeability meet the requirements.Firstly,this thesis introduces the application scenarios and principles of the broadband micro-power system,and analyzes the RF test items and test system design requirements of broadband micro-power wireless communication module.Secondly,the test scheme of the RF items is designed.In the transmitter test,because the instrument can't directly measure the modulation-type RF items,the test scheme is designed to capture the I/Q data of the transmitted signal through the measuring instrument and process the data through Lab VIEW on the host computer.The processing method of measurement data is studied,and a frequency offset estimation method based on matched filter interpolation is proposed.Simulation results show that compared with the matched filter frequency offset estimation and the traditional fast Fourier transform frequency interpolation estimation method,the method has stable performance in the entire range of relative frequency offset estimation,and effectively improves the estimation accuracy.In the receiver test,because there is no comprehensive tester available to test frame error rate,the software radio platform is used to simulate the comprehensive tester to design the loopback test scheme,and the RF items test scheme is designed on the basis of the loopback test.Finally,design and implement the software and hardware platform of the RF conformance test system.The overall structure of the hardware platform is designed by integrating the test of transmitter and the receiver.The software architecture is designed by using layered and modular ideas,and each functional module of the software platform is completed by using the Lab VIEW.Building an actual test environment to verify and analyze the test system.The test results show that the test system run stably and reliably,and can accurately measure the various parameters of the RF conformance test,and meet the design requirements.
