The thesis is based on the TD-SCDMA terminal test set research project of a company.The thesis mainly designs and accomplishes the enhancements and optimization of TD-SCDMA terminal test set. Enhancements mean to add new measuring functions, which can make the measurement function more complete, including DLPC constant BLER target, DLPC wind up effects, DLPC initial convergence. Optimization means to improve the existing methods such as closed loop power control and open loop power control.The background intruduction of the thesis is mentioned in chapter one.The second chapter first introduces the instrument structure and function, points out the existing problems of the measuring functions, which is the focus of this research.The third chapter analyses the enhancements and optimization, including protocol conformance process, measurement input and output, difficulties.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter respectively designs and accomplishes the above issues basing on the analysis. The designs and accomplishes mainly includes the general interface design, program process design and the final results of the measurements.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole thesis, the challenge to terminal conformance test and the test instrument manufacturers are also forecasted.The related enhancing and optimizing in the thesis has all been successfully applied in the conformance test set, and has been already used in manufacturers’production line and labs, receiving good industry effect.
