Research On The Value Analysis And Evaluation Of The Enterprise's Big Data

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress that it is necessary to promote the deep integration of big data and the real economy.In the 21 st century of this big data explosion,the application of big data resources in enterprises is increasing.Enterprises can use big data for operational monitoring,customer management,strategic analysis,etc.Big data resources are gradually becoming the strategic resource for enterprise development.Whether it is for Internet companies or traditional enterprises,its internal data resources and external data resources can not only provide users with the necessary information,but also bring great value to the enterprise.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the value of enterprise big data resources.At present,most of the existing big data value evaluation studies compare it to intangible assets,information products and so on,and adopt the cost method,income method,bargaining game model and other methods to carry on the research.However,as a non-standardized emerging resource,enterprise big data resources have typical characteristics such as no physical form and various types and so on.In addition,there are too many uncertainties and non-quantitative indicators in value,and it is difficult for traditional value evaluation theory to accurately measure its value.Therefore,establishing an effective value analysis and evaluation model and reasonably determining the value of big data resources has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the above cognition,this paper takes enterprise big data resources as the research object,and aims at analyzing and evaluating the value of big data resources.Firstly,based on the reading of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper combs and defines the related concepts of big data and enterprise big data resources,and discusses the characteristics of enterprise big data resources,its value embodiment and application,and value influencing factors.Secondly,it compares and analyzes the three traditional value evaluation methods,and demonstrates the applicability of the evaluation method combining AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Thirdly,this paper extracts evaluation indexes based on the enterprise big data resource value evaluation related factors and establishes the value evaluation index system through the selection of expert Delphi method,and gives the evaluation standard and grade representation of grade division.Basing on the evaluation index system combines with AHP and fuzzy mathematics theory,this paper constructs AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise big data resource value evaluation model.Then,this paper selects the specific enterprise big data resource sample data for empirical research,comprehensively evaluates its value,and analyzes and expounds the application of sample evaluation results and results.And this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the value of enterprise big data resources.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and points out the lack of the research in this paper and forecasts the future research.
