Analysis And Design Of Enterprise Supply Chain System

As a mainstay of our national economy,the manufacturing sector in today's human population increases and the impact of the competitive market environment,the faces enormous pressure.Traditional manufacturing industry actively participate in transformation and upgrading,the adjustment of industrial structure,large-scale manufacturing enterprises have put forward traditional manufacturing industry and manufacturing services wheel drive,integrate internal and external resources,to integrate the whole industry supply chain resources,collaborative development,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and resource advantage complementary,to enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.The traditional management and operation mode of large manufacturing enterprises in China are far from the demand of new market environment.Therefore,more and more manufacturing enterprises introduce advanced supply chain management system and information system.In this paper,based on the research of group project example and supply chain management,the paper analyzes and designs the modeling of enterprise supply chain system,the functional framework of project construction,and the process of constructing supply chain system.First,according to the development and implementation of the significance of supply chain systems,combined with the characteristics of supply chain management,enterprise supply chain systems to build a system model establishment and analysis of the current supply chain system to achieve major technical SOA system integration technology,provided HTML-based research and analysis application development and publishing platform OAF interface development technology and Oracle JDeveloper integrated development environment(IDE),to give a theoretical and technical foundation to build enterprise supply chain systems.In this paper,the group management project for the supply chain management of large enterprise groups and the need to do a thorough investigation and analysis,combined with the existing information system and the implementation of data integration needs,the enterprise implementation of supply chain system overall structure,the overall power module and system data analysis and design,the overall design and scope of enterprise supply chain management system.The design and implementation of the various functional modules of the supply chain system are designed and realized,and the effect of the implementation is given.According to the enterprise characteristics,the system includes a group of enterprise system integration,master data analysis and management,supplier management,procurement collaborative management,the group of material reverse auction system and other functional modules,play the characteristics of the supply chain system to strengthen the internal management and supply of information exchange between the two sides to meet the win-win situation of project construction.This paper focuses on the basis of the actual situation of China's manufacturing industry,the need to further tap the demand,combined with the advanced supply chain management ideas,the system analysis and design and implementation of fully meet the needs of large manufacturing group business processing.The operating situation of the system on the line shows that the stable operation of the supply chain system,the high recognition of the enterprise staff,achieved the expected goal,and provided reference and reference experience for the implementation of supply chain system and related research in China's manufacturing industry.
