Manufacturing industry is the important support of the national economy and overall national strength. At present, manufacturing is rapid development with the economy globalization. In this environment, manufacturingenterprises desiderate adjust the industrial structure quickly and change themode of production to cope with quickly changing market requirements. Cloud manufacturing is driven by this application. Manufacturing resources are numerous in the cloud manufacture environment, which belong to variousenterprises in the environment. They make the resource sharing and management is more difficult. This paper takes workshop manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacturing environment for research object, and researches on the key technology of the workshop manufacturing resources grid information processing. The main research contents are as follows.Firstly, the workshop manufacturing resources information acquisitionmethod in cloud manufacturing environment through the fusion of RFID and barcode technology is put forward. On the basis of analyzing the advantages anddisadvantages of the RFID and bar code technology in acquiring information, theworkshop manufacturing resources information acquisition method by the fusionof the RFID and bar code technology are designed. Characteristics of workshopmanufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing environment are presented andthe workshop manufacturing resources information is classified. Based on theclassification of the workshop manufacturing resources information, theresources information acquisition process of hard resources and soft resources isstudied. Secondly, the workshop manufacturing resources information virtualizationmodel in the cloud manufacturing environment is put forward. In order to realizethe Internet, comprehensive perception and feedback control of the soft and hardphysical manufacturing resources, and transform the physical manufacturingresources into the virtual manufacturing resources, and release the tightcouplings between the physical manufacturing resources and manufacturingapplication service, the workshop manufacturing resource virtualization model isestablished in the cloud manufacturing environment to support the cloudmanufacturing service environment of high utilization rate, high dexterity ofresources, high reliability, high security and high available.Once again, the establishing process of the workshop manufacturingresources grid in the cloud manufacturing environment is studied. Aiming at theproblem that traditional workshop resource management methods can not meetdynamic scheduling and configuration requirements of workshop manufacturingresources in the cloud manufacturing environment, this paper puts forward thegrid layered structure model of workshop manufacturing resources, and the gridmanagement procedure of workshop manufacturing resources in the cloudmanufacturing environment is designed. and three key sub-processes of gridmanagement of manufacturing resources are researched including grid directorydesign of manufacturing resources, storage agency middleware design ofresources and resource information query sub-process.Finally, the example verification of workshop manufacturing resources gridinformation processing is made. On the basis of analyzing the background andworkshop manufacturing process of a discrete manufacturing enterprise, theresources information acquisition methods based on RFID and bar codetechnology and resources information query methods based on the grid arevalidated. The result indicates that the study on cloud manufacture environmentof discrete manufacturing enterprise information has importance of theoreticalsignificance and practical value.
