In the face of huge amounts of information, intelligent information retrieval has been the important subject of science research. But said method makes the traditional information on the network information retrieval is facing all kinds of insuperable barrier. So one of the important methods to improve information retrieval is to organize and to regulate the information on the Web. Organize a lot of the essence of the HTML page content is how to extract semantic information from HTML page, build ontology can describe these pages. Realize the automatic or semi-automatic extraction of ontology, not only can adopt the method of semantic Web of text information to strengthen intelligent retrieval, but also to the multimedia information, combined with pattern recognition and object extraction technology, content-based retrieval. This paper introduces the cloud manufacturing service platform of search engine technology research status at home and abroad, the key technology of cloud manufacturing service platform. Keyword search algorithm of supply and demand of intelligent matching and semantic search algorithm are analyzed and compared. Discusses the application of semantic ontology in the matching of supply and demand as well as the realization of intelligent matching engine of cloud manufacturing services of supply and demand. Traditional information retrieval method is to input from the user’s retrieval keywords according to match the literal method in cloud manufacturing services repository to retrieve the target as a result, the retrieval system will only keywords as symbols, unable to understand its semantic meaning. Based on domain ontology of the core is to introduce the design of intelligent matching engine domain ontology layer as the key components of matching and reasoning, compared with the traditional retrieval methods, increase the retrieval of ontology reasoning layer.This topic research the supply and demand of intelligent matching engine comes from knowledge, semantic matching retrieval way, this way of retrieval mainly using standard sources of information retrieval according to the field and label after index library for semantic matching and search, and then submitted to a process of retrieval system.Ontology technology was introduced into the cloud manufacturing service resources, according to different application fields of semantic retrieval, contact between polysemy and the semantic relevance can also be a good solution, make the meaning of information retrieval greatly reduced, saving a time-consuming and narrowed the scope of retrieval, and can effectively solve the problem of information classification confusion, improve the satisfaction of users. Through the cloud manufacturing service platform design and development of intelligent search engine, it can be seen that although the semantic Web in the field of metadata description and ontology research has been basically mature, to give full play to the potential of the Web, fully implement the idea of the semantic Web, also faces many problems and challenges.
