Under the guidance of "made in China 2025" action program,it is particularly important for China's manufacturing industry to promote the development of manufacturing industry and realize the goal of manufacturing power.Cloud manufacturing,as a new service-oriented networked manufacturing mode,provides an effective management means for manufacturing enterprises to reduce idle and waste of resources,reduce enterprise costs,and improve business efficiency.However,there are many trust problems in the cloud manufacturing service supply and demand matching platform,such as insufficient platform credibility and difficulty in trusting users' trading objects.As a decentralized,traceable,and tamper proof distributed database,blockchain provides an effective solution to ensure the authenticity of data and the security and reliability of the platform.However,whether users can conduct trusted transactions on the platform also depends on whether the trading behavior of the trading object is trustworthy.This thesis starts from two aspects: the trustworthiness of platform and data and the trustworthiness of trading objects' trading behavior.Based on the supply and demand matching transaction of cloud manufacturing services under the blockchain technology,the platform trust mechanism is constructed in corresponding application layer,contract layer and incentive layer in blockchain architecture.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,at the application layer,by combing the traditional cloud manufacturing service supply and demand matching transaction mode,explores the problems in the existing mode.Based on the open-source blockchain Hyperledger Fabric,which is suitable for inter-firm transactions,and the traditional platform,the coupling analysis is carried out from the perspective of theory and application,so as to clarify the functions of the platform.Furthermore,the platform functions are implemented by constructing the framework of blockchain-based cloud manufacturing service supply and demand matching platform.Secondly,at the contract layer,based on the transaction mode under the platform framework,an evolutionary game model is built for the transaction strategies of the supply and demand parties to execute the smart contract on the platform,and the simulation experiments are carried out by Matlab software to clarify what aspects need to be considered in formulating the smart contract of supply and demand transaction and the smart contract of platform operation.Thirdly,at the incentive layer,based on the analysis of the contract layer,a credit incentive mechanism based on the identity certificate of the node granted by Certificate Authority is proposed for the cloud manufacturing service supply and demand matching transaction mode,and the Anylogic simulation software is used to construct an agent model of the mechanism.Then the simulation experiment is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the mechanism to improve the willingness of nodes to perform.Through the analysis,the article obtains the formulation strategy of smart contracts under the cloud manufacturing service supply and demand matching transaction.In the aspect of smart contract of supply and demand transaction,it is necessary to set the margin and reputation feedback amount in line with the level of both parties,so as to ensure that the information benefit brought by node performance is greater than the risk cost and violation cost;In the aspect of smart contract of platform operation,the platform needs to pay attention to the feedback of transaction behavior and the information filtering during the phase of matching trading object.The simulation results show that the credit incentive mechanism designed on the basis of this conclusion can effectively motivate the user nodes to improve the willingness to perform contract,and the endorsing nodes generated under this mechanism also have good credit,which can provide guarantee for users to achieve credible transactions.This thesis not only provides a design reference for the realization of platform trustworthiness and data trustworthiness from the functional and technical aspect,but also provides a strategy reference and model reference for ensuring the trustworthiness of the trading behavior of the user's trading objects from the platform architecture and mechanism,so that the theoretical basis can be provided for realizing the trustworthiness of the cloud manufacturing services supply and demand matching transactions.
