Since 2010,with the rapid development of Internet technology and the gradual promotion of the "three-network integration" policy,the monopoly position of radio and television operators has been broken,and the pattern of the radio and television industry has been completely changed,thus entering the era of competition for supremacy.The "three operators" of China mobile,China unicom and China telecom are crowding in,and new media,"we media" and social apps are also crowding in,encroachment the broadcasting and television market,resulting in a sharp decline in cable TV users,and the broadcasting and television operators are facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.However,both crisis and opportunity coexist.The establishment of China radio and television corporation,the issuance of "5G" license,and a number of favorable policies issued by the state have ushered in a new dawn for radio and television.How to break through the development bottleneck under the environment pressure of crisis is worth considering.HN cable TV network group co.,LTD.(HN cable TV company for short)is an enterprise mainly engaged in the transmission of cable TV signals.It is the main body of the implementation of the integration and overall digital transformation of the cable TV network in henan province,and the cable TV network covers 18 provincial cities and 108counties(cities)in henan province.In recent years,the provincial cable TV market has been greatly impacted,the company's operating income and users continue to decline,the business performance has shown a negative growth,and many remaining problems in internal control management also need to be solved urgently.Based on the relevant theories of strategic management,through the study of the company's external environment and internal resource capabilities,we found the company's existing problems,such as unclear strategic positioning,chaotic business direction,strategy implementation is not in place.Secondly,this paper adopts the form of questionnaire survey and combines the opinions of several industry experts to reposition the company strategy.The results show that “ SO strategy” is more suitable for the future development of HN cable TV company.Centering on the “SO strategy”,this paper puts forward corresponding strategy implementation plans,such as building product system,focusing on smart business,developing diversified business,comprehensive marketing promotion,etc.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategicplan,the paper also gives specific strategic Suggestions and some safeguard measures.The research is not only conducive to the expansion of domestic theoretical research on strategic optimization,but also plays a guiding role in the strategic optimization of HN cable TV company.
