With China's economic development entering the new normal,the government has promulgated a series of measures to promote the development of cultural and creative industries.In the context of the current economic downturn,the cultural and creative industries are becoming a new growth point of the domestic economy with their own high added value,and receiving more and more attention.This paper chooses Beijing Light Media Co.,Ltd.as the research object of development strategy,which is representative of cultural and creative industries.Through summarizing the current development of Light Media,this paper points out the problems faced by the company in the process of development,such as unfavorable financing environment,single revenue model,unstable product quality,and introduces the macro environment of Light Media by PEST analysis,which provides a basis for the company to clearly grasp the future development direction.The company's strategies would be clarified by applying SWOT analysis.As the research of its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,the concrete measures,which include internal management,product content,revenue channels,sales channels,derivatives development and human resource,will be put forward.By planning the strategic development of Light Media,this paper promotes the company's long-term development and enhance its status of the industry.At the same time,this paper provides reference for other enterprises in the industry to formulate development strategies.
