In the traditional cost management,enterprises only rely on financial statements and accounting system for cost accounting,and simply make a short-term cost plan and cost control.However,with the increasing market competition,the traditional cost management has been unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of enterprises,so enterprises should seek a more comprehensive,more long-term perspective to consider the cost management and control of new methods.Strategic management is an important part of modern enterprise management.Strategic cost management is an effective emerging cost management method to reduce enterprise cost.Only by raising the cost management to the height of enterprise strategic development can the cost management measures be formulated comprehensively and systematically and the long-term competitive advantage be established for the enterprise.By combining theories with cases,this paper analyzes and discusses xiaomi's current cost management and the implementation of strategic cost management based on the perspective of the sank model.Through sorting out research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes relevant researches on existing strategic cost management.Secondly,the status and existing problems of xiaomi's original cost management are deeply analyzed.Then,based on the analysis tool of sank mode,this paper analyzes the strategic cost management of xiaomi from three aspects of xiaomi's strategic positioning,value chain and cost drivers,finds out the specific problems,and lays a foundation for the implementation of xiaomi's strategic cost management.Then,according to the specific problems and strategic objectives of xiaomi's cost management,specific countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward for xiaomi's implementation of strategic cost management.Finally,summarize the full text,and point out the shortcomings of this paper.
