| With the introduction and practice of Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025,the Industrial Internet of Things has developed rapidly,and its application scale in social production and manufacturing industries is getting larger and larger,the number of nodes is growing in a blowout,between the nodes and nodes of the Industrial Internet of Things The requirements for collaborative work are becoming higher and higher.However,due to the problems of incompatibility and inconsistency between the standards of multiple protocols in the Industrial Internet of Things,multiple independent Internet of Things standards have been formed,and different standards cannot be communicated with each other.Centralized security monitoring and control requirements bring great difficulties.Based on the existing problems of the Industrial Internet of Things,this paper mainly studies three mature industrial Internet of Things protocols: WIA-PA,6Lo WPAN,and Lo Ra.By constructing an industrial Internet of Things fusion gateway,the interconnection and interworking of the above three protocols are completed and solved.The coexistence of multiple protocols is difficult to communicate.Firstly,the three protocols WIA-PA,6Lo WPAN and Lo Ra are analyzed.By adding a multi-protocol adaptation layer to the fusion gateway,the problem that heterogeneous networks cannot be interconnected can be solved.The analysis found that neither WIA-PA nor Lo Ra networks support IPv6 addresses,so an IPv6 address allocation scheme with embedded semantics was proposed in the design of the fusion gateway.Through a fusion gateway,a virtual IPv6 address is assigned to a network such as WIA-PA that does not have an IPv6 address,so that these non-IP nodes can communicate with IP nodes or other non-IP nodes.The allocation scheme of embedded semantics realizes the conversion between IP addresses and non-IP addresses through an address mapping table.Considering the large scale of the Industrial Internet of Things,a fast search HASH algorithm is designed to solve the problem of node address mapping after node access.This algorithm can effectivelyspeed up the search speed of the address table.Then according to the above requirements of the converged network,a converged network model is constructed and a multi-protocol converged gateway is designed.Finally,a test and verification environment for the interconnection of the Industrial Internet of Things was built,and the tests of the converged network connectivity and the performance of the converged gateway were completed.The experiment of using the WIA-PA node to control the6 Lo WPAN node and the ambient temperature data collection experiment through the Lo Ra node has been tested.The test results meet the requirements of the CCSA on the fusion gateway,and the expected design goals have been achieved,providing a solution for the multi-protocol interworking of the Industrial Internet of Things.Program. |
