Along with the development of economic and social,to yearn a better life and to pursuit of health has become one of the main demands of people,drugs is the most important one annulus to protect human health in daily life,it will be a good development opportunity for pharmaceutical production enterprise,but at the same time,it will be faced with higher quality,more specific drug efficacy and stricter regulation,this means higher drug for pharmaceutical production enterprise production cost.The production mode of traditional pharmaceutical enterprises is typical of mass production and manufacturing,and the production capacity of the enterprises should be stable.The regulations have special requirements on the tracking of production materials,product sales,quality control,production planning and evaluate system.The characteristics of traditional pharmaceutical manufacturers determine the dynamics and complexity of their production systems.Generally,such enterprises have the following characteristics:delayed material distribution,difficult work-in-process management,poor information timeliness,complex flow tracking of materials in and out,low degree of automation,poor production stability,high production cost,and so on.Traditional enterprise solutions are often for a period of time step by step to solve the problem,and ignored the principle of production system integrity,along with the rising cost of enterprise production,the solution has been difficult to meet the demand of the survival of an enterprise,therefore how to from the viewpoint of the integrity of the system,to improve the production efficiency of enterprises,reduce the production cost has become the urgent needs of the current pharmaceutical production enterprise.Throughout the existing research programs of production system optimization,the feasibility of the previous programs that achieve the goal through structural optimization and personnel optimization has become smaller and smaller.Today,information sharing and other production system optimization were used to evaluate the manufacture system become a selection that has been use for more and more enterprises and scholars,with the popularity of the Internet of things technology application provides a more efficient way of information sharing,to face the complexity of the production system and dynamic with more effective solutions,and face the problem of system dynamics,choose the method of system dynamics is agreed by the scholars.In view of this,from theperspective of the system,this paper will use the theory and method of system dynamics to conduct simulation research on the production system applying Io T technology,so as to provide the optimal solution for the subsequent production system of Io T in enterprises.The research contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1)According to the reality of the enterprise in the paper summarizes the problems of production,the production of the enterprise business process is analyzed,technological process,raw materials and outbound process and carries on the demand analysis to enterprise's production system,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research,analysis of the use of the Internet of things technology applied in the production system and the benefits of using system dynamics method to solve the system dynamics in production system.(2)On the basis of in-depth understanding of the drug production system,a new system is designed for the production system,which will monitor of the production process and the supervision of the production inventory are mainly determined by the Internet of things system,so as to realize the problems of poor information timeliness,difficult work-in-process management,and delivery delay in the production system.(3)According to the System Dynamics(System Dynamics SD)modeling steps,determine the purpose of the production System modeling and System boundary,according to the principle of System Dynamics of the stock and flow chart of causal loop diagram and production process to determine the mathematical model of the enterprises,finally,the validity of the model was tested to ensure the accuracy of the model.On this basis,the traditional production system and the Internet of things production system dynamics simulation and will provide optimization and suggestions according to the simulation results.
