Our country is a big agricultural country, is an important producer of fresh produce, fresh fruits andvegetables covering agricultural, aquaculture seafood, meat, eggs and milk and other primary agriculturalproducts, agricultural products such people used to collectively as "fresh." Fresh perishable vulnerability,freshness is an important indicator to determine their value. In the production, processing and marketingof fresh agricultural products, in order to ensure the quality and safety of fresh produce, reduce wasteand loss generated in each process, it must ensure that its processing, storage, distribution, sale of eachlink is always environment is required.IOT-based fresh produce processing and distribution system is a multi-disciplinary, involving many fields,including food processing, network communications, data collection and RFID technology. Processingenterprises in particular, to achieve integration and digitization, processing enterprises themselves shouldstart increasing and changing customer start, seek the support of information systems, there is the mostcritical aspect is the data collection approach. General business processing and distribution systems toartificial means product information input, the accuracy of the product information and real-time havesome impact. According to authoritative statistics when human data logging behavior in differentenvironments, there is a minimum of3‰in the error rate to5%. The most common solution is the use ofRFID tags and other electronic products to identify non-contact way to replace manual entry way. This canbe improved to some extent by strengthening the management and staff training to increase strength,but the nature of the solution is to rely on advanced information processing technology. To find a way toenhance the fresh processing and distribution of scientific productivity of enterprises, this paper makesthe following aspects.1fresh traditional processing and distribution business as a starting point for research on the process ofinformation gathering and processing aspects of the analysis, and the perception of the object data wereanalyzed.2From the technical aspects of things perceived as a breakthrough point, to construct the objectperception model of things to make a preliminary design and proposed adding middleware systemconversion as each node point of view.3combined with the actual needs, we design things sensing technology processing and distribution offresh produce system based on. The system operating conditions with reference to the actual business,developed a system to complete the various stages of the goal, and regulate the development andruntime environment systems. Finally, the realization of its main features and functionality of the systemmodules are described.In summary, one can perceive technology to help things fresh produce processing and distributionsystem based on companies to quickly and accurately grasp the production activities quickly throughinformation gathering, processing deployment of production, thereby enhancing revenues. And toprovide consumers with fresh produce fresh products to fully understand the information networkapproach.
