The antenna is the core of the wireless communication system.Without the presence of an antenna,the communication system will not have the capability of long-distance wireless communication.As various technologies tend to mature,the retrodirective antenna is highlighted as a new technology.It does not need to predict the position information of the incoming signal,and automatically transmits the echo signal to the incoming direction through the concept of phase conjugation to achieve the purpose of tracing back.Retrodirective array can be achieved through specific circuit structures or technologies,such as the first used corner reflector,Van Atta array,heterodyne mixing technology,phase-locked loop technology,and digital signal processing technology,etc.,which have been gradually developed in the future.This article focuses on the design of the direction retrodirective transceiver system and simulation of the oscilloscope RF front end.This article first briefly introduces the concept of wireless communication,the antenna and the structure of the RF circuit,then explains how the retrodirective antenna to work,then lists the main structures of several RF transceivers,and analyzes the design needs to pay attention to Technical indicators.Based on the principle of RF transceiver and retrodirective antenna,the specific scheme of the retrodirective transceiver system is designed and the hardware design of the retrodirective transceiver system is completed according to the requirements of relevant indicators.Then completed the design and simulation of the RF front end of the broadband oscilloscope.The retrodirective transceiver system adopts the way of transceiving "different frequency",through the vector modulator to adjust the phase of the received radio frequency signal,so that the output signal and the input signal meet the phase conjugate condition,so as to realize the retrodirective function.The specific indicators of the system are: input signal 6.5GHz,transmission signal 8.45 GHz,intermediate frequency signal 2.45 GHz,transmission power 10 dBm,adjustable phase range 360 degrees,gain 40 dB.This article introduces the various modules of the transceiver in detail,and uses ADS(Advanced Design System)simulation software to simulate important devices,and finally completes the design of the transceiver's overall hardware circuit.The frequency range of the signal received by the broadband oscilloscope is 0?20GHz,and the signal is divided into four groups of frequency ranges through the multiplexer,which are 0?5GHz,5?10GHz,10?15GHz,15?20GHz,and finally through the RF front-end circuit.After frequency conversion to 0?5GHz signal,it is sent to A/D converter.This paper completed the structural design and simulation of the RF front-end of the broadband oscilloscope.Broadband oscilloscope bandwidth can reach 20 GHz.Finally,the direction of the retrospective sending and receiving system is tested,the devices and main steps required for the test are explained,the test results are briefly analyzed,and then the research content of this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings and the future prospects are proposed.
