Design And Implementation Of Seal Enterprise Project Management System Based On B/S Structure

In recent years,China's economy has stepped from sustained high growth to stable development,and various industries begin to pay attention to the development of internal management mode.Taking seal enterprises in petrochemical industry as an example,there are thousands of such enterprises in China.As the competition between enterprises becomes more and more fierce,under the condition of relatively stable market distribution,how to reduce internal operating costs and improve work efficiency become the focus of attention by seal enterprises.Taking a domestic mechanical seal enterprise as an example,the daily project management in the enterprise is generally managed by manually filled electronic and paper documents.Due to the use of a large number of paper documents,data loss often occurs due to the objective reasons such as improper preservation of documents and computer failure.At the same time,for enterprise managers,reasons such as the drawbacks of not being able to view project progress in real time or unreasonable task assignment,will reduce the efficiency of management work.In order to solve the above problems,the enterprise has purchased many office software to reduce management costs,but due to different projects and operating environments,it is difficult to find one particular software to fully meet the personalized needs of seal enterprises.In view of the above situation,it can be seen that there are few management system cases in the seal industry.Based on the field investigation and requirement analysis of the seal enterprise,this thesis puts forward a seal enterprise project management system solution with software engineering's way of thinking,and this thesis takes how to combine the management system with the working procedure of the seal enterprise as the research direction.This thesis studies and completes the requirements analysis and system implementation of the seal project enterprise management system.Specifically,writing documentation on functional and non-functional requirements through in-depth understanding of the working procedure of seal enterprises,and show process and use case's requirements between a variety of users in charts and diagrams.In the system implementation phase,the system structure and detailed design are carried out by using the requirement analysis documents.Through data research,it can be seen that most of the popular management systems are using distributed structure.Due to factors such as domestic development environment and costs,seal enterprise project management system will adopt B/S structure,and incorporate technologies such as SQL database,ASP.NET,etc.In the system module,there are user log-in module,personal project information module,new task module,incomplete/completed task module,task overview,assignment module,data statistical analysis module,configuration module.The system contains four databases: project information,design task information,repair task information and other task information.After the system is implemented,the system will be tested to verify whether the system functions meet the requirements.In summary,this thesis is based on the idea of software engineering,analyzing and discussing the design and implementation of the seal enterprise project management system,summarizing and extracting a set of development mode that suitable for the project management software platform in the seal industry,which has great research significance and promotion value to lay the foundation of project management in the seal industry.
