With the rapid development of economy,the scale of petrochemical enterprise growing bigger,the need of management of material also increasingly more and material management of requirements also increasingly high.The petrochemical Enterprise material management system,based on information technology and network technology construction,will helps petrochemical enterprise improve management efficiency;on the other side,petrochemical enterprise has a large number of plan for material purchasing,the feasibility analysis about the plans are complex.These analysis of plans are often invite experts review by rules standard scoring of way in the past time,this paper used analytic hierarchy process method to deal with rules standard for dynamic of compared and balance,eventually formed of evaluation results can better of achieved project review of fair,and the efficiency was improved.This paper describe the process of designing and implement of a material management module and material purchase feasibility analysis module that used B/S schema,in server end established has related of database and database table,used the ASP.NET technology and SQL technology completed has user using interface and core module of development work,combined function powerful of Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 as main development tool,for user and management personnel created has a human,and can operation robust of system.This paper for each module implementation programs,analyzes the interface and key code.The system interface is beautiful,greatly improving the efficiency of materials management and material purchase feasibility analysis,in order to improve the management efficiency of petrochemical enterprises made a certain contribution.Functional tests and performance tests show that this system meets the needs of materials management and material purchase feasibility analysis of basic needs,enterprises can meet the daily use.
