Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Project Cost Management System Design And Development

With the project management keep up with the international market and rapid development of information technology, the original project cost management can not meet the project cost management of this stage. The putting IT information to China'oil project is still in its infancy. Therefore, we should continue to explore the informational management of project cost at the internet age. This will be a useful exploration and promotion to our oil's continuous improvement of project cost of informational level.In this text, we start as the existing problem in project cost management of Lanzhou petrochemical company, and the exploration is based on the combination B/S with C/S of project cost management. Lanzhou petrochemical company's existing cost management processes were analyzed, I proposed how to change the existing patterns about projects settlement submitted by hand and make the passing and review through the internet, to address the problem of the lagging project management. I also set the estimated budget, price control of the tender, the online delivery of the tender documents, the audit function. Meanwhile, inputting the budget data related to estimates in project management, comparative analysis of investment, which enabled the leader to keep understand of the project investment, when the project over budget, he can decide as soon as possible to ensure that investment is under control.This paper is divided into five Chapters, Chapter one for the introduction, which describes project background of developing the project cost management system, significance of the study and development of domestic and international status; Chapter two is the technical background language, which describes the computer language used in this article; Chapter three for the system requirements analysis, introducing the status of the company's project cost management, the needs of the system and problems; Chapter four for system design and implementation, introducing the system modules and system implementation methods; Chapter five for Summary and outlook, a summary of the text, pointing out that the idea of further research.
