Design And Implementation Of Resource Management System For Communication Enterprises Based On Geographic Information System

Providing high-quality and comprehensive information service has been a key require ment of the communications industy for the past few years. while the existed managements can not meet the needs of practical work because of numerous communication devices and complicated resources. So, it is necessary to build a perfect communication resource management system.The resource management system for communication system stated by this paper will display graphically the owned resources on the basis of achievement of basic resource management. Through this system all kinds of information can be displayed in the form of space, and the display mode of resources can be more vivid.Communications enterprise resource management system is a system to achieve all kinds of internal resource management, and it provides service and basis for the business resource scheduling.However, the existed resource management system affect greatly the efficiency,because it is monotonous, can not locate space, low in anticipating and preempting resource,has no effective means to ensure the completeness and accuracy, can not meet the needs for quick index for staff. It has been seriously dislocated with the high-speed developed network construction.In order to achieve reasonable and efficient management of the resources and sup port the development needs of business department, the idea of building this system is propos ed.Based on Geographic Information System technology, this system realizes the visual display to resource data information; this system adopts C/S and B/S system structure, graphic platform adopts Map Object+SDE database implementation and database selects Oracle 11 G.This paper expounds completely and systematically the theory and technology of building database of resource management system for enterprises, and designs the database of resource management system in Oracle 11 G platform according to practical situation, focusing on the statements of operation layer management, resource collection, resource query and location,resource management, resource early warning, resource statistics, map printing and the realization process of user management module. Aiming at efficiency of resource data access and system safety and combining with practical utilization, the paper evaluates the system testing, obtaining the satisfied result.
