Design And Realization Of The Resource Service In System Line Management System

Line resource management system is a system used to manage access networknumber and line resource management system by telecom operators. With thedevelopment of telecommunication technology and the convergence of telecomoperators, business modals of telecom operator has been changed from non full-servicemode to full service mode. A full-service operation network is built, which could bringsboth new opportunity and challenge to the telecom operator. According to the basicneed of full-service operation, the telecom operators，which used to operate mobilenetwork, begin to build fixed network and running services such as PSTN，broad-band，ADSL and network element leasing。This transition makes the operator to face a newproblem: how o manage and operate the resources of fixed network in order to serve thefront-end more effectively.To solve the those problems mentioned above, this article mainly focused on studing the application of information technology in the telecommunications access network business process,analysing the demand for fixed-line access network resources services in the telecom business processes and actual maintenance processmode in various business scenarios. in this article, the operation of the information system resource services and processes is detailly discussed and researched, which includes:1.study the modeling and system implementation of telecom operators, fixed-lineaccess network workflow under various scenarios, actualization of the man-machine interface and system interfaces between different implementations, staff roles and authorization in the workflow, the influence of change of archive authorization to the workflow. The AgilePoint Workflow, workflow engine and SOA architecture BizTalk workflowproducts to achieve a variety of scenarios is also mentioned,in order to achieve machineinteraction by using man-machine interface and SOA architecture in workflow.2.study telecom operators fixed-line access network resource requirements for various business scenarios, including the modeling and system resources services. The SOAarchitecture resources services is researched and four-tier structure of the application system is proposed, a service layer information system is added based on this architecture. the system is divided into the presentation layer, service layer, business logic and data access layer, which reduces the coupling of the system and further improve the reusability of the system.3.Research the achievement of resource allocation in the work order driven mode.in different access network business scenarios, redesign the system to achieve data logicimplementations under the work order driven resource allocation model, mainlyforcusing on the variety of business logic data and resource services pass data throughthe transfer of work orders in the various systems.4.Research the consistency processing of line resources management system andperipheral business system data,use the the WebService interface technology to achievedata consistency of the line system with other systems.
