With the rapid growth of China’s economy in recent years,the overall market scale of China’s outsourcing industry continues to expand,and the overall performance of the software industry in the central and western regions is particularly prominent due to the comparative advantage of human costs.As the head region of the development of the mainland software industry,Chengdu has ushered in a period of rapid development.Chengdu YB company is an information technology software outsourcing service provider focusing on providing personalized and professional software development and innovative technology research and development services.It was founded at the end of2017.After three years of rapid growth according to the established strategy,its business encountered many development bottlenecks such as business expansion difficulties,high marginal costs and internal management efficiency,and its original development strategy was almost ineffective.There is an urgent need for new sustainable development strategies and implementation strategies.This paper takes the software outsourcing business of Chengdu YB company as the research object,analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of Chengdu YB company,and finds out the root causes of the problems.This paper starts with the analysis of the external environment,analyzes the external environment faced by Chengdu YB company from the macro environment and the competitive environment,and clarifies the opportunities and threats faced by Chengdu YB company.Then,starting from the internal environment analysis,it analyzes the specific situation of Chengdu YB company,including human resources analysis and business operation status.The advantages and disadvantages of Chengdu YB company are clarified.Then this paper makes SWOT analysis on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by Chengdu YB company,which clarifies the direction for the company’s next development,and determines the final development strategy through QSPM matrix analysis.In terms of specific development strategy,it includes three aspects: business concentration development strategy,high-quality service development strategy and diversified customer strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the above-mentioned development strategy,specific safeguard measures are also put forward in terms of policy,talent and finance.This paper gives reference solutions to the common problems of outsourcing industry from many aspects,and puts forward the idea of goal closed-loop.At the same time,it also hopes to provide valuable references and suggestions for small and mediumsized outsourcing enterprises in business development,human resources management and competitive strategy.
