Rural WeChat Community Research From The Perspective Of Rural Governance

The development and popularization of network make it an important field of modern social governance.Expressing political views through the Internet,discussing public affairs and mobilizing citizens to participate in public political issues are the main ways of citizens' political participation in the new media era,and villages are no exception.In the countryside,with the popularization of the Internet,villagers are increasingly frequent and skilled in expressing their opinions,attitudes and emotions on public affairs through We Chat groups.Such online communities are increasingly mature and become the space for villagers to participate in and discuss politics.This not only helps to promote the democratic progress of rural society,but also contributes to the development and revitalization of rural areas.Perspective of this research on rural governance S village a We Chat community,the integrated use of ethnography,social network analysis,the method of text analysis,observation of villagers in We Chat communication behaviors in the community and the information in the analysis of community structure characteristics and characteristics of the flow of information and research We Chat community interpersonal relationship network,and combining with community issues,key in text analysis,from the Angle of the grassroots governance network community relations,the relationship between online and offline community community influence on villagers' information behavior,looking for a new way of rural governance and new methods.Theresearch findings are as follows :(1)the scope of rural governance subjects is expanded,and the diversity of governance subjects is conducive to the realization of consultative grass-roots governance,the promotion of democratic connotation of villagers' autonomy,and the construction of grassroots democracy;(2)rural grass-roots governance in We Chat community reduces the operational cost of governance and improves the efficiency of governance;(3)We Chat community provides a new field for rural grass-roots governance,which is conducive to the formation and stability of future digital rural order.The paper consists of seven parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research background,research questions,research purposes and significance,and literature review.Combining with the social background and academic research background of our country,this paper puts forward the research problems,expounds the research purpose and significance of this paper.And through to our country's rural governance road and the academic community on the topic of research and conclusions are sorted out,summed up the future development of China's rural governance theory and the academic community in the theoretical research should be the direction of efforts.The second part explains the research design of this paper,including the research object,the collection and processing of the research data and the research method used in combination with the specific operation of this paper.The third part mainly expounds the possibility,feasibility and necessity ofWe Chat community becoming a new field of rural governance.The fourth part is the specific analysis and research on the "civilization friendship exchange group" of S village,the research object of this paper.Through the analysis of its social network relations,the field characteristics of the We Chat community are summarized.Through the analysis of its text samples,the governance theme and governance mode of the We Chat community on the rural grassroots governance are summarized.The sixth part summarizes the research of the whole paper,and holds that the use of We Chat community for rural grass-roots governance is an online governance behavior based on offline emotional relationship,and also a change of rural governance mode brought by the new media era.The seventh part is the last part,which is the reflection and shortage of this paper.
