With the rapid development of Internet technology,in the practice of changing paper shipping bills of lading to electronic shipping bills of lading, there are problems such as mutual information trust and information confidentiality, which makes it difficult for the existing port logistics system to achieve the goal of paperless logistics information throughout the process The emergence of blockchain technology will make it possible to solve these problems. Therefore, researching and implementing a smart port logistics system based on blockchain is of great significance to the development of paperless document information in port logistics. In view of the information trust problems existing in shipping bills of lading and other documents in the port logistics information system and the personalized needs of its industry, this paper proposes a set of personalized blockchain solutions, that is,responsive license chain solutions, and designs and develops Smart port logistics system based on blockchain. The system selects the responsive permission chain as the underlying blockchain, and uses the blockchain support platform in the system to dock with each business subject subsystem, and uses the technical advantages of the blockchain to ensure the credibility and security of logistics information, and to satisfy For the individual needs of port logistics, this paper proposes and designs a hierarchical networking scheme to improve the consensus efficiency of the data in the block. Finally,a variety of technologies such as blockchain and Internet of Things are used to design and implement based on a modular approach. The smart port logistics system of the blockchain, which has been tested in the actual business of the port, verifies that the blockchain solution can solve the paperless problem of port logistics document information and meet the individual needs of its industry. The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Propose a blockchain solution based on a responsive permission chain.Combined with the actual business needs of port logistics,a blockchain solution more suitable for its business needs was proposed, and a hierarchical networking solution was proposed and designed in this solution, which accelerated the consensus efficiency and made the logistics data on the blockchain more It is easy to retrieve and improves the query efficiency of data on the blockchain.(2)Design and implement a smart port logistics system.Based on the above solutions,a smart port logistics system is designed and implemented. The system is mainly divided into a blockchain support platform, document management module, port management module, and freight collection module.Among them, the blockchain support platform is used to connect the subsystems of various business entities in the port logistics industry, and the logistics information is stored on the chain to take advantage of the blockchain technology to ensure the credibility and security of the logistics information and solve the problem of mutual trust in port logistics. The document management module meets the needs of various business entities in the port for query, management, statistics and reporting of logistics orders;the port management module is responsible for the management of port users, shipping company users and terminal information;the freight collection module accelerates the collection of logistics information by drivers The speed of entry, this module provides basic data for the entire smart port logistics system. Finally, the system was applied to the actual port business. The operation test verified that the above solution could solve the problem of paperless document information in port logistics, and compared with other blockchain solutions,it improved transaction timeliness and throughput.
