Research On Organizational Behavior Mining In Port Collaborative Logistics Chain

The development of economic globalization strengthens the international communication and cooperation.The port-centered synergetic logistics chain has become the key foundation of international cooperation,and has increasingly become an important strategic element of national development.However,compared with developed countries,the throughput of domestic ports has achieved absolute advantage,but the unit logistics cost is far higher than that of developed countries.How to reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency has become a hot spot in the domestic researchers.The synergistic effect of collaboration between organizations in logistics chain to a large extent determines the overall system efficiency and cost,so the research on how to improve the port efficiency of collaborative in the logistics chain,has the very vital significance。In this paper,the port-collaborative logistics chain as the object of study,based on the process perspective study of organizational behavior in the port logistics chain.Paper fusion process mining and social network analysis technology,dig deep analysis of port logistics chain organization behavior of business process,and puts forward the theoretical method which combines the business process and organizational behavior analysis.Paper constructs the method framework of organization behavior mining in port synergetic logistics chain,and takes Guangzhou Port as an example to analyze its problems existing in business process and organizational structure.Finally on the basis of empirical research,the business process and organization structure has been optimized and improved,proposes the establishment of Guangzhou port group online business hall service system,and analyzes the function of the system architecture and technical architecture and implementation.The main innovative points of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking the port collaborative logistics chain as the research object,mainly analyzes the business process and organizational structure of cross-organization,cross-department and cross-unit,establishes the theoretical model of business process and organizational behavior analysis in port collaborative logistics chain,Analysis of Business Process and Organizational Behavior or Architecture in Port Collaborative Logistics Chain from the Perspective of Entire System.(2)In the analysis of the business process of the port collaborative logistics chain,for the high complexity and high disorder of the real event log,the filter is added to eliminate the invalid data in the event log,simplify the whole collaborative logistics chain process and highlight the core business process.(3)Analysis of organizational behavior in the port collaborative logistics chain,In order to solve the problem of high degree of fuzziness and disorder in the results of organizational behavior mining,this paper uses the improved social network analysis algorithm to simplify the whole network,and highlight the problems in organizational behavior and structure.(4)Combining the business process analysis and the results of organizational behavior mining in social network,the paper analyzes the problems in the logistics chain of the port system,and optimizes the business process and organization structure,and puts forward the construction of integrated platform service system to solve the actual problem.
