Plan And Building Of Modern Port Virtual Logistics Chain Based On SOA Model

This paper discusses the correlative problems of the modern port logistics system in its building, developing and executing. By referring and analyzing the research literature, this paper plans the modern port logistics system using the theories of modern port logistics and information system, what's more, this paper arms all the elements and builds the platform of the information-based modern port logistics system using IT measure. In the view of following nine models of business, information service, data exchange, cargo tracking, application information service, virtual logistics chain system structure (physical structure, functional structure), building (organization method, standard and operating management) and security management(internet security management, identification problem and law system safeguard), the paper analyze the characteristic, function, management model of the virtual logistics chain system using in the modern port logistics. The paper studies the core problem of building virtual logistic chain system and planning information resources mainly include external characteristic and internal mechanism. The key problem is to build a sharing platform in order to realize the cooperated working environment and to apply the advanced information and technology developing production into the system. This paper proposes the building technology and realization method of the virtual logistic chain system based the SOA model, analyzes Web Service's key information transmission technology and the realization method of SOA based SOA model. At last, by introducing a design example, the paper analyzes the system structure, the typical order for goods dealing model and the realization of the service internal process and so on. As the information process center of the modern port logistic system, the virtual logistic chain model can optimize the resource allocation, provide better, in-time, and cheap service for all the companies in the port logistic chain, as the result, it can improve the core competitiveness of the entire system, having practical significance for the information-based logistic building of the modern port.
