| During the 19 th National Congress of 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping recalled that China's development over the past five years pointed out that with the innovative formulation of the Communist Party's precise poverty alleviation policy,the fight against poverty has been recognized and supported by the people,and more than 60 million poor people have been out of poverty.The rate of poverty alleviation has also gradually declined.China is telling the wonderful story of getting rid of poverty and getting rich on the world stage.As an important part of the precise poverty alleviation policy,Hunan Province took the lead in implementing the implementation of the policy and achieved considerable results.As the mouthpiece of the party and the government,Hunan Satellite TV has launched a series of accurate poverty alleviation news reports to create a harmonious and accurate poverty alleviation environment.It tells the story of precise poverty alleviation and fully exerts its public service function as a social media.Studying the narrative discourse of Hunan Satellite TV's accurate poverty alleviation news report provides a feasible reference for TV media to conduct accurate poverty alleviation news reports,enriching the theoretical success in this field,which is the original intention of this paper.This paper draws a series of accurate poverty alleviation news reports from Hunan Satellite TV from 2013 to 2017,such as “New Spring Walks the Grassroots”,“Into the Deep Poverty Village”,“For the People” and “Black Tea Industry”.Through the literature method,the investigation method,and the research methods of the journalism law and the narrative law,the Hunan Satellite TV's precision poverty alleviation series news was analyzed and discussed.This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter explores the research origin and research value of the “precise poverty alleviation” news report and analyzes the existing theoretical success.The research report of Hunan Satellite TV's accurate poverty alleviation news series was drawn."To provide a model for the news media to provide a model for China's " precise poverty alleviation " story,and to improve the communication,guidance,influence,and credibility of the news media."
