"Linyi Daily" Targeted Poverty Alleviation Report Research

As a new policy of poverty alleviation,the accurate transmission of poverty alleviation information is related to the effective implementation of targeted poverty alleviation to a certain extent.As the main body of information dissemination,news media highlights the news value that cannot be underestimated in the targeted poverty alleviation report.Although the research on the concept of "media poverty alleviation" has existed for a long time,through the analysis of targeted poverty alleviation reports,this paper explores the role of local media in the targeted poverty alleviation and takes "media poverty alleviation" as a poverty alleviation measure.Linyi daily,as the influential party committee organ newspaper in linyi,innovates business portfolio in the report of targeted poverty alleviation,and actively sets up the column of targeted poverty alleviation report,which has certain value for the research of targeted poverty alleviation report in linyi.In this paper,the linyi daily as the research object,mainly from the linyi daily precise analysis for the reports of the poverty alleviation,and then through the reports of the poverty alleviation propagation characteristics and the analysis of the communication effect,analyze the accurate model for poverty alleviation of local media in order to place through the news media power accurately provide the certain reference value for poverty alleviation.By combining the methods of field investigation,content analysis and category construction,this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant reports on targeted poverty alleviation in linyi daily,and discusses the topic in depth in combination with the theories of journalism and communication.This paper constructs linyi daily from the aspects of report quantity,genre,news source,report tone,subject content and discourse quotation,and finds that linyi daily has many positive points in the targeted poverty alleviation report.For example,in response to the national targeted poverty alleviation policy,carefully set the agenda at different stages;Give full play to the mediating role of media policy publicity and information communication;Normalizing the Effective Implementation of Precision Poverty Reduction Policy through Positive Public Opinion Guidance and Supervision;Practice the mass line,reflect the voice of farmers in the report,protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers;Reports take many forms and present information flexibly.However,there is still some room for improvement.For example,in the publicity and reporting of targeted poverty alleviation policy,there is a slow response,and the report has a lag effect;The reporting style is not balanced,the news report is the main,the depth reportproportion is few;In the aspect of report content,the positive publicity report is the main part,but there is no critical report.Lack of feedback information,interaction is not enough,as well as in the targeted poverty alleviation report to farmers discourse quotation,inadequate reflection and other issues.Based on the above analysis and reflection of linyi daily's targeted poverty alleviation report,the author believes that local media should help the targeted poverty alleviation report in the following aspects: first,optimize the external public opinion environment of "targeted poverty alleviation";The second is to cultivate the media literacy of the public,strengthen the public's ability to receive information;Third,the terminal and channel of information dissemination should be broadened to give full play to the communication advantages of multimedia integration.Fourth,innovate the "targeted poverty alleviation" series of reports from three aspects,namely,the main body of the report,the content of the report and the way of reporting.It is expected that through the improvement and improvement of targeted poverty alleviation reports,targeted poverty alleviation can be better assisted.
