The Book Industry Standard Conformance Testing Technology Research And Application

The consistency between the standard, refer that the different standards which provides the rules for the same objects, should be not due to conflicting or inconsistent. At present, the book industry has a lot of standards, and there is increasing every year. There are a number of phenomena that many standards make rule for the same object. Because that the different standards compiled by different units, the standard upgrades and other reasons, there are two meanings or fuzzy data elements, and the terms of the code table or description is inconsistent, it easily leads to chaos in the process of the implementation of standards, so it is important significance to solve the consistency problem of the book industry standard.According to the characteristics of the book industry standard system, this paper gives the structured method of books industry standards, through the analysis and study on the relationship between these standards, this paper sums up the consistency relationship of the standards each other, and it abstracts three consistency checking methods for the detecting objects. The detect objects of the first method are the data elements and terminologies, by calculating the similarity of their names and definitions to detect that whether the data elements or the terms of two standard are the existence of the ambiguity or fuzzy or not, and through the establishment of thesaurus and synonym list of the book industry to improve the accuracy of similarity values; the detect object of the second method is the code table, this paper presents a detection code table consistency algorithm, according to the algorithm it is to detect that whether the code and name of two code table is the same or not; the detect object of the third method is the description of standard, though combining the comparison of standard structure and calculation of similarity is to detect whether the description of the contents of the two standards is the consistency or not.Based on the above three kinds of detection methods, this paper proposes a consistency detection process model based on the standard of the book industry, and uses the model to design and realize the consistency detection system. The system through the analysis of the standard XML file will automatically store the content of standard in the database system; the people of the system for detection choose standards according to the needs of users and the consistent relationship; the system will automatically detect the elected standards, and provides the detection results; finally the professional staff will statistics and analysis the consistency detection results, give the results of the analysis, and summarize the consistency testing results, write a consistency test report, the system will report back to the user.Finally, the effectiveness of conformance detecting process model is verified by experiments, and this paper analyzed the results of detecting standard. The results show that, the consistency detecting model can be effectively applied to practical application, and the consistency detect methods can accurately detect the consistency between the standard.This paper put forward the consistency test model and build consistency detection system have applied to the book industry standardization work in the standard, they help standards each other to play a better role, the progress is also conducive to the maintenance and upgrading of the standard work.
