The Optimization Of Electronic Archives Description

With the rapid development of science and technology in our country, The widespread application of information technology has a profound effect on people’s life. At the same time, the rational and efficient use of archival resources has become a primary goal of archives informatization and standardization. Archival standardization is an effective way to achieve archives informatization. Only if you complete regularization and standardization of archives, and meet the need of users, can you further adapt and promote the development and exploitation of archives information.This paper has a summary on the main archival criterion domestic and abroad. According to the status of archival development, I put forward suggestions which improve and optimize archival rules. According to the specificsituation, I design a archival cataloging system which is suitable for developing existing electronic archives, I ultimately put forward proposals and measures which are suitable for Chinese electronic archival cataloging development. Here are a few aspects to study:(1) From different aspects and angles, I analyze and study three archival cataloguing standard, namely electronic archival record on foreign (EAD), international archival record standard (general principles ISAD (G)), and domestic issued archival record rules.(2) I analyze existing electronic archives record system and summarize its present developmental situation and existing problems, taking thunis archival management software system, the northeast agricultural college archive management system as an example.(3) On the basis of it, I put forward proposals and measures to optimize archival record criteria and electronic archival record system.(4) I propose future prospects about archival record. Combining the knowledge base, I put the archival record into the knowledge base.
