Research On ERP Material Subsystem Of Electric Manufacture Enterprises Based On The Pattern Of C/S

This paper firstly analyzes the characters and the current state of electric equipment manufacturing enterprises, then it puts forward a design and realization method for ERP material subsystems based on the manufacturing pattern and the operation state of Zhongxing electric equipment Co., Ltd, with the consideration of the latest management technology developing trend at the same time. The functions of the material subsystem are classified into seven modules, which are the system maintenance module, the material requests management module, the customers management module, the material contract management module, input and output of materials management module, materials error management module, and authority management module. The data tables of the database are classified into six ones, which are the basic data tables, the information tables of the producers and the customers and the information tables of the come-and-go capital between the two, the information tables of the in-and-out material, the analysis tables the material requests, the Stat. and analysis tables. This paper adopts C/S of two layers as the main configuration of the ERP material subsystem, and adopts PowerBuilder6.5 as the former exploitation tool and SQL Server2000 as the background database. Finally it develops an ERP material subsystem full of practicalities and effects.
