Nowadays, with growing process of the integration of telecommunications networks, cable TV networks and the internet and the rapid development of the mobile internet, internet enterprises which have more free development environment and stronger crisis sense constantly improve and change themselves from the aspect of technical and commercial mode to adapt the spring tide of the mobile internet. They begin to provide more intelligent, personalized, diversified and more perfect user experience service. It’s proved that open platform is a good way for internet enterprises to follow mobile internet’s time. Open platform help to increase their user viscosity, at the same time continue to widen their own user scale. At the same time it makes great threaten to the traditional telecom operators. It has showed the trends that the operators are being changed from the traditional industry leading into pipeline provider. In order to adapt to the trend of the development of mobile Internet era, keep their own strengths, China mobile considering their own characteristics of high threshold of service provider, combining the development of internet enterprise’s mode, put forward their own OMP(open mobile platform).This paper based on MSS (management subsystem) of open mobile platform. It aims to design and realize a management subsystem according to the characteristics of open mobile platform, which can work well with OMP’s access sub system and auth sub system. At the same time, make sure the MSS has high maintainability and scalability, and in some ways do not break generality.Firstly, this paper analysis the demand of MSS from aspects of different users of MSS according to the characteristics of OMP. Describe the key business object’s lifecycle process. Then according to the demand analysis of the system, gives MSS’s overall design architecture and implementation. After that, the paper focuses on the detailed design and implementation of some key modules of MSS. Then, describes the system tests condition to ensure the system’s accuracy and stability through the unit test, interface test, and function test. Finally, summarizes the paper’s work and puts forward some of the future research direction from the angle of function improvement and function expansion.
