Belief And Responsibility:A Study On The Ethical Anomie And Responsibility Of The Subject Of We Media's Violent And Terrorism News Report

Nowadays,the popularity of social media has broken the traditional media's control and monopoly of news information.Self media has gradually become an important channel for audiences to obtain information.Due to the vigorous development of the self media platform and the sudden,sensational and social characteristics of the violent terrorist news itself,violent terrorist attacks will have a great social impact once they happen.With the continuous fermentation of the event report in the self media platform,the media subjects have different degrees of anomie in the process of the violent and terrorist news communication.The development of media technology has greatly raised the upper limit of good and evil.If we do not control or restrict the possible future results,the media subject is likely to cause great bad results to the society through the use of media technology.According to Max Weber,although belief plays a guiding role in individual action,the ultimate result still needs to be identified and constrained by responsibility ethics.It can be seen that communication itself has a strong ethical meaning,and news communication cannot be separated from moral intervention and regulation.Moral standard should be a basic evaluation standard of news communication,while responsibility ethics can effectively guide media subjects to bear responsibility from their own and object perspectives,and make prudent choices between professional beliefs and possible results.Starting from Max Weber's ethics of responsibility,this study analyzes the ethical anomie of the media organizations,media practitioners and the public in the self media by using the ethical choice method of Porter's Square.Based on the analysis of the terrorist events in wechat,this study combs the anomie in the process of the terrorist news communication,and explores the causes behind the anomie.This paper explores the beliefs and responsibilities of three types of subjects(media institutions,media practitioners,and the public)in the dissemination of violent terrorism news,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the ethical responsibilities of the three types of media subjects,media platforms and regulatory authorities,so as to provide guidance for getting rid of this ethical dilemma.
